Welcome to Digitox. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website or working with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Digitox is a digital and creative agency based in London, offering services including performance marketing, content creation, email/SMS marketing, CRM, eCommerce strategy, and design.
You agree to use our website lawfully and for legitimate purposes only. You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action against any misuse.
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, imagery, etc.) is the intellectual property of Digitox or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
When you engage Digitox for services, you will receive a project scope or proposal. Work will commence once terms are agreed upon and (where applicable) a deposit or payment is received.
All timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities will be detailed in the agreed scope of work. Delays in client feedback or required assets may result in timeline extensions.
All service fees are clearly outlined in advance. Invoices are typically payable within 7–14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in interest charges or paused services.
Ownership of deliverables (such as designs, campaigns, or assets) may be withheld until payment is received in full.
Digitox respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared during a project will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without permission.
Digitox is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Website downtime or disruptions
- Performance issues outside our control (e.g. algorithm changes, platform issues, client-side technical issues)
We will not be responsible for any damages exceeding the fees paid for the services in question.
We may use or recommend third-party tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google platforms, Shopify). While we act in good faith, we are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platforms or software.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, all work completed to date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
